Autologous fibrin regeneration — speeds up healing after implants.
APRF (Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a regeneration method based on the patient's own blood. Blood drawn from a vein is collected in special tubes and centrifuged; the resulting fibrin clot contains growth factors and stem cells.
The fibrin membranes are placed into the wound or implant site — this speeds up tissue vascularisation roughly 2.5 times and shortens healing to about two weeks. The method is based on the research of Prof. Choukroun; the I-PRF variant is also used for facial skin rejuvenation.
