Best for: one or several teeth with good bone volume.
A lost tooth doesn't need to be hidden. Modern implantology replaces it so you feel no difference — in your smile or while chewing — and the neighbouring teeth stay untouched. We work with Neodent and MegaGen systems.
An implant is a small titanium screw placed in the jawbone where the lost tooth's root used to be. Titanium is fully biocompatible — bone naturally fuses with it (osseointegration), and the implant becomes a stable foundation for the new tooth for decades.
A gap in the row is not just aesthetics — over time it changes your whole bite:
The titanium 'artificial root' in the bone. Its surface is specially treated so bone fuses with it faster and stronger.
The connector that emerges above the gum and holds the crown.
The visible part of the tooth — zirconia or ceramic-metal, matched to your teeth in colour and shape.
From the first consultation to the finished tooth — a clear plan and an exact price after the very first visit.
Panoramic X-ray (OPM) and a full 3D CBCT scan are done right here at the clinic — no referrals elsewhere. AI diagnostics help assess bone volume and anatomy. By the end of the visit you have an exact treatment plan with the final price.
Based on the 3D data, the exact implant position is planned in software and a surgical guide is 3D-printed — a custom template that sits on your teeth during surgery and steers the instrument to the planned spot, angle and depth. That's why no gum incision is needed — a small opening is enough.
If a damaged tooth or root fragment remains, we remove it gently — usually in the same visit as implant placement (extraction from €50). Often the implant can go straight into the extraction socket, saving a separate healing stage.
Under local anaesthesia, through the guide's opening — no incision, no sutures. Most patients are back at work the next day.
Bone fuses with the implant surface — modern systems succeed in 95–98% of cases. APRF (fibrin from your own blood) speeds up healing.
A digital 3Shape scan — no unpleasant impression material. The lab makes a zirconia or ceramic-metal crown, and your new tooth is ready.
Dr. Gražina Šandroha works with two globally recognised systems. Which one fits you best is decided together at the consultation, based on bone condition, the clinical situation and your budget.
One price for everything: implant + abutment + crown. No surprises between stages.
Package prices exclude diagnostics and additional procedures (extraction, augmentation) — those appear in your plan after the first visit. The final package price is confirmed at the consultation.
Clear and stage by stage: what you always pay for, and what applies only if your situation truly needs it.
For most patients the total is €1,150 – 1,500 depending on the system and additional procedures. The exact amount is in your plan right after the first visit — and it doesn't change.
Implants are placed from about age 20 (once bone growth is complete) with no upper limit. What matters is bone condition and general health, not years.
Smoking and uncontrolled diabetes slow healing and raise risks. Not a ban — but we discuss it honestly at the consultation and adjust the plan.
Implantation is still possible — we perform bone augmentation and use APRF regeneration, which makes healing faster and gentler.
No special products: brushing twice a day, floss or an irrigator, and professional hygiene twice a year. With good care an implant lasts for decades.
A 5-year warranty on our work plus the manufacturer's implant warranty.
The procedure is done under local anaesthesia and takes 30–60 minutes. With a surgical guide the implant goes in through a small opening — no gum incision, no sutures — so discomfort afterwards is minimal.
