When you submit the booking form on the website, we process the data you provide:

• phone number;
• e-mail address (if provided);
• message text and the selected service/doctor (if provided).

We use the data solely to contact you and arrange an appointment time. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed by the checkbox in the form.

Health data is not collected through the website — it is discussed only in person at the clinic.

4. Retention period

Booking data is kept for as long as necessary to contact you and arrange the visit, but no longer than 12 months, unless a treatment relationship arises that is subject to statutory retention periods.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses strictly necessary cookies and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used.
